London Beach Fund-raising Opportunities

The London Beach Hotel has introduced two new fund-raising opportunities for 2024.
Cream Tea
Any party of 4 – 9 can book a cream tea in their conservatory and have the cost of the cream tea refunded to the recipient of their choice. This offer is available Monday – Friday between 12:00 and 17:00, and pre-booked only.
The cost is £10.50 per person, but your social committee has agreed that, as soon as we have received the funds from the hotel, we will give you back £2.50 per person. So you end up paying £8 per person and the club gains £8 per person!
Sunday Lunch
Any party of 4 – 10 can book a Sunday lunch in their conservatory and have the cost of the food refunded to the recipient of their choice. This offer is available on Sundays (there’s a clue in the name!) between 12:00 and 15:00, and pre-booked only. Only the value of your food order will be refunded to us.
The cost will depend on what is chosen from the menu (current menu attached), but a minimum of two courses per person is required. Again, your social committee has agreed that, as soon as we have received the funds from the hotel, we will give you back £3.50 per person.
This is a great opportunity to raise funds for the club at a time, or times, that suit you. Let’s make the most of this during 2024. Remember to say that you want the cost to be refunded to Paddock Wood Bowls Club when you book. If you have any questions, then please ask.
